Chemoinformatics

Our research group focuses on connecting chemical and biological sciences with modern information technologies. We explore and develop data analysis and machine learning methods tailored specifically to the needs of the pharmaceutical industry and drug development. However, tools such as molecular docking or molecular simulations at the atomic level are also familiar to us.

Research within the group is further accompanied by the development of a wide range of specialized software for automating the storage and processing of chemical data.

Within our group, we also maintain long-term domestic and international collaborations involving many experts from Europe and around the world, addressing a diverse array of problems ranging from drug development to materials chemistry.

Additionally, we have access to modern equipment and hardware, enabling us to develop more computationally demanding artificial intelligence methods.
